Agnes Uboma

Agnes Uboma is a visionary executive consultant and thought partner dedicated to building inclusive, culturally rooted programs across industries. Born in San Francisco to Nigerian and Southern U.S. parents, her multicultural lens has guided a dynamic career with PwC, EY, The Women’s Foundation of California, and Amistad Research Center. In 2020, she was tapped by the McBride Sisters to lead their philanthropic relaunch of the SHE CAN Fund. Her expertise spans corporate, nonprofit, academic, and global S.T.E.A.A.M. initiatives impacting 5,000+ students in London and South Africa. Currently, she serves as Chief Growth Officer at Immersion Foundation, driving organizational strategy and impact.

Uboma holds a Master’s in Public Relations from Southern University and is deeply engaged in civic leadership, including the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, PRSA San Francisco, and The Op-Ed Project. She brings vision, cultural fluency, and commitment to every table she joins
